Built around the instruments your team already trusts.
Myelina Health is a patient-facing tool. The way it talks to your clinic isn’t. Continuous, between-visit fatigue data — scored on the same instruments your team already trusts, with each patient’s consent, in the format your team already reads.
Outcome-aligned by design.
PROMIS Fatigue-MS 8a
Administered inside Myelina’s normal check-in flow. Items unmodified — modification breaks validation. Responses scored to T-scores using the published PROMIS scoring tables.
PROMIS PF-MS 15a
Physical function tracking on the same cadence. Patient-reported, clinician-readable, longitudinally comparable to the data your team already collects.
Patient-controlled sharing
Nothing leaves the patient’s account without explicit consent. The clinician summary is opt-in per visit. Encrypted in transit and at rest, with role-based access controls.

How partnerships work.
Clinical advisor
Roughly four 60-minute meetings per year, plus async input on roadmap and outcome measures. Compensation reviewed against your institution’s conflict-of-interest policy before anything is signed.
First-adopter cohort
A small group of patients you identify as likely to benefit and willing to give candid feedback. Patients opt in directly through Myelina. Their data stays theirs; they choose what, if anything, to share back with the clinical team.
Quarterly outcome reports
Aggregate, de-identified outcome trends for your cohort every 90 days. PROMIS Fatigue, PROMIS PF, mood, and qualitative themes from patient interviews.
